Ozean Media takes our culture very seriously and a proper fit within our advertising agency’s culture is critically important.
We are not like large agencies. Ozean Media is a smaller, boutique firm that does not have the overhead, infrastructure, or procedures that some desire in a larger agency.
Ozean is smaller, more nimble, faster, and more competitive in nature. We do A LOT more with less, and we like it that way.
Ozean Media expects you to produce results quickly. We focus on results and frankly for some in the advertising field this focus is unsettling.

- Ozean Media looks first for cultural fit.
- Ozean Media focuses on results. All employees are compensated on results with a significant portion of compensation based on performance.
- We do a significant amount of political work for conservative candidates and causes.
- We have a particular culture that differs from other advertising agencies.
If you are uncomfortable with anything you have read above, then we understand Ozean Media is not a good fit for you.
